The team uploads the customer’s existing resume, specifies their target role and experience level, and the AI will generate a series of questions to gather additional information and quantified achievements. This interactive process ensures that the resulting resume is tailored, comprehensive, and highlights the user's accomplishments in a compelling manner.
- Expert Review and Feedback: The platform conducts an expert review of the resume, evaluating various parameters such as the presence of quantified achievements, skills listed, length, impact, and additional details. This review is provided to the user for free, offering valuable insights to further refine their resume.
- Resume Analysis and Question Generation: The AI analyzes the user's existing resume, identifying areas that require quantification or additional details. It then generates relevant questions to help the user provide specific, measurable achievements related to their target role.
- Bullet Point Rewriting: The AI rewrites the resume's bullet points using a structured format that emphasizes the result, context, and action, while seamlessly incorporating any quantified achievements provided by the user.
- Complete Resume Generation: In addition to enhancing an existing resume, the platform can generate a brand-new, high-quality resume from scratch based on the user's target role, experience level, and quantified achievements.
