Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds for digital products and services purchased through kavirkaycee.com or associated platforms.
Digital Products
Templates, Guides, and Downloads
All digital products (Notion templates, guides, and other downloadable content) sold through Gumroad or other platforms are delivered electronically immediately after purchase.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. Once a digital product has been delivered and downloaded, it cannot be returned.
Refund Requests
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with a digital product, please contact us at kavir@hey.com within 7 days of purchase, and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds may be granted if:
- The product was not delivered or is inaccessible
- The product is significantly different from its description
- There is a technical issue that prevents you from using the product
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
Newsletter Subscriptions
Free Subscriptions
You can unsubscribe from any free newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. No cancellation request is needed.
Paid Subscriptions
If applicable, paid newsletter subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.
Cohort Programs and Courses
For cohort-based programs or courses:
- Before the program starts: Full refund available if requested at least 7 days before the start date
- After the program starts: No refunds will be issued once the program has commenced, as seats are limited and materials have been shared
Advisory and Consulting Services
For advisory or consulting services:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session will receive a full refund or rescheduling
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session are non-refundable
- No-shows are non-refundable
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or cancellation, please email kavir@hey.com with:
- Your name
- Date of purchase
- Product or service purchased
- Reason for the refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
